Identifying a gap in the market for a quality recruitment consultancy dedicated to the graduate sector, EnhanceUK was formed to offer not just an agency for graduates to call upon but a specialist consultancy that would act as a stepping stone for future opportunities.

With our extensive knowledge of the graduate recruitment market and our tailored professional approach, 2006 sees the inception of 'enhance elite' officially formed as a response to requests from established clients. Our unrivalled and consistently high levels of customer service led to many of our clients approaching us for recruitment solutions for their more senior executive positions - of course, EnhanceUK was always happy to assist and so the commercial launch was decided.
