This leading telecommunications supplier is now seeking 3 experienced Sales Account Managers to join their dynamic team across South Wales and the West Country.
The Opportunity

The company currently numbers around 40 full-time members of staff and they offer an extremely attractive salary package and company car/allowance; rewarding their successful sales professionals handsomely for their efforts.
The Role
The company requires 1 Sales Account Manager to work in the Gloucester, Bath and Bristol region and 2 to operate in the South Wales region. You will be tasked with generating, developing and improving sales across a number of ranges. You will also account manage the existing partnerships which the company enjoys across the respective regions.
Your daily duties will break-down as approximately 50% account management and 50% new business, and you will be supported in your business development endeavours by a team of telesales agents. The role is predominantly field based, meaning that for the majority of your week you will be on the road. Account Managers will ordinarily spend a couple of mornings a week at Head Office, so the ability to remain self sufficient and to manage your own diary is absolutely essential.
The Requirements
• You will be an experienced telecoms sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success in your previous positions
• You will be experienced selling telecoms hardware solutions to the SME market
• You will have a sound knowledge of the telecoms market and an understanding of voice and data applications
• You will be comfortable working within the highly competitive telecoms sales environment and thrive in a target driven role
• You will live within easy reach of the 2 respective regions, (Gloucester, Bath and Bristol or South Wales), and you will be a car driver who is happy to be on the road for a significant portion of your working week
Salary
A base salary of between £25,000 and £40,000pa is offered, commensurate with skills and experience. In addition; a highly competitive, un-capped commission structure is in place. Where you exceed agreed targets you will earn between 20%-40% of all profit made. You will also be provided with a company car or car allowance.
