ACCOUNT MANAGER – Leading PR Agency

 One of the UK’s leading healthcare PR agencies is looking for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to work on some of their household name brands.

 THE OPPORTUNITY

Joining one of the top healthcare PR agencies in the UK, you will be working with blue chip companies and global brands throughout the UK and in more than 30 countries worldwide. You will join a great team of 20 people, working across their consumer and healthcare divisions.

THE ROLE

Reporting to a Senior Account Director, you will manage accounts for household name FMCG and healthcare. You will speak with consumer journalists on a daily basis, building strong and lasting professional relationships with them. You will take on increasing responsibility and need to be able to work independently, whilst communicating with the team around you.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Event organisation and management
• Client liaison
• Press release and article writing
• Preparation of ground-breaking PR proposals
• Report and speech writing
• Providing briefing material for clients
• Building media relationships
• Budget management

 

REQUIREMENTS

You will have the following:

• Solid experience in consumer and/or healthcare PR at the relevant level is a necessity
• A strong writer, perhaps with journalistic experience

 

SALARY

£25,000 - £35,000pa depending on experience
