This leading High-Street Estate Agency is now seeking an ambitious Lettings
Negotiator to join their successful team in Central London.
The Company
Despite the current economic climate, this high-street Estate Agency has seen considerable profits over the last 12 months and as such is anticipating rapid expansion into 2010, with new branches opening in Greater London.
The Role
Due to their rapid and on-going expansion this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a leading Estate Agency and develop their career in residential property.
Working in-branch you will deal with enquiries from the public and mediate between landlord and tenant when required. You will also be responsible for signing up new properties and managing viewings, taking potential tenants round properties and formalizing tenancy agreements.
They only promote from within and, as such, a hard-working, target driven and confident professional will have the potential to go far within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Sourcing new properties
• Managing property enquiries and viewings
• Liaising with landlord and tenant
The Candidate
• Full UK Driving License essential
• Excellent Communication Skills

Salary & Benefits
Base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission + benefits (OTE £25 – 35,000pa)
