This leading independent financial management consultancy is now seeking a number of experienced Financial Advisors to join their talented and highly respected team in the City of London.

The Role & Opportunity
You will be an experienced IFA who is now seeking the opportunity to further your career within a highly regarded organisation. You will have a demonstrable track record within a similar role and will have worked with high-net-worth clients in a direct capacity. You will also be completely comfortable liaising face-face with your clients on a daily basis.
You will be entirely committed to a long term career as an IFA and in-turn, your own personal development. In this regard; the company will fully support your training – providing the necessary platform, opportunity and all additional resources for you to climb the professional ladder.
The company boast a strong team ethic with the more senior level advisors demonstrating a heavy sales inclination. You will be afforded the opportunity to become involved in business development, in line with your level of commercial experience.

The Requirements
• 2:1 or above in a relevant Degree discipline from a top tier University
• Previous commercial work experience as an IFA
• Commercial experience working with high-net-worth individuals and organisations
• Strong personal presence with polished client facing skills
• Fully committed to long term career as an IFA
The Salary
Entirely commensurate with experience – Highly competitive upper quartile remuneration + performance related bonus and pension contribution
