ACCOUNT MANAGER – Leading International PR Agency
One of the UK’s leading international PR agencies is looking for an Account Manager to work, lead and drive forward some of their key client accounts.
THE COMPANY
This company is a major name in global technology PR. They boast offices throughout the world and work on behalf of a raft of multi-national blue chip clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be working in a brand which is looking to expand itself within the PR Group. You will be afforded the opportunity to assume responsibility from day one and be capable of driving forward a number of key client accounts, working across the B2B and consumer tech sectors.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for;
• Day-to-day management of the team and division
• Preparation and presentation of pitching for new business as well as International co-ordination with your colleagues in other markets
• Working with existing clients and help to grow the brand
• Managing the team; coaching junior members of staff and making sure the team works together efficiently and effectively
• Client facing and working with all members of the team to exceed clients expectations
REQUIREMENTS
You will have the following;
• Experience as a divisional head
• Experience as a Account Manager who has worked in financial and/or technology PR 
• A vast contacts book
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Highly developed presentational skills
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Expertise in social media tools and approaches
• The ability and desire to engage in new business
• Thorough knowledge of the media
• Confidence to deliver client pitches
SALARY
Circa £35,000 - £40,000pa dependent on skills and experience
