Sales Negotiator – Independent Estate Agency (Clapham)
An excellent opportunity to join a leading London Estate Agency based in South-West London. This leading Estate Agency is looking for an ambitious and money-hungry property professional to join their highly successful Sales team.
The Role
Enthusiastic and outgoing, with an ambition to work in Property Sales, you will be target-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and maximizing your sales potential, overseeing the sales process from beginning to end. Your day-to-day activity will see you sourcing properties, attending viewings, liaising with owners and buyers, negotiating offers and finalizing sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing properties
• Dealing with property enquiries
• Attending viewings
• Negotiating sales and closing deals
