SEARCH DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – FMCG – International Media Agency
This truly international media agency is now seeking an experienced Search Development Director to join their Central London team.

They have an in-depth appreciation on a local scale of how the consumer population thinks and behaves, and they utilise these expertise in order to enable their partners to gain an even greater market share.

You will have the chance to work extensively with consumer brands such as, Unilever, Kraft and Nestle, and will act as a leadership point for international markets; supporting their search offering and ensuring that the companies EMEA employees see their role within search as an exciting career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Central point of leadership for search marketing within the agency, across EMEA
- Tracking of revenue achievements on both a regional and international scale
- Targeting markets which are primed for growth and executing integration strategy accordingly
- Structure and implement training, best practice sharing and community creation
- Provide support to; sales, operations and recruitment
- Value chain and needs evaluation
- Develop a strong and sustainable fully integrated search offering
- Support the partners and leaders in the development of the overall structure of the group
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management or directly relevant discipline
- Discernable appreciation and understanding of search marketing
- Significant commercial work experience in similar or directly related role
- Capable of working in a demanding, fast-paced, target orientated role
- Ability to prioritise deliverables and manage own/others workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to plan, structure and implement development plan across search marketing function within an agency environment
Salary
£80,000pa plus, dependent on skills and experience
