An opportunity to join a leading contact centre / business process outsourcing consultancy as an Account Manager.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be committed to fully understanding your clients’ business. You will advise on their outsourcing needs, and will be responsible for briefing the contact centre management team on targets and deliverables.
The Company
The Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) wing of an international organisation operating 20 different companies with an annual turnover exceeding US$ 183 million.
The Candidate
- Knowledgeable about the Insurance industry
- Understanding of operational process within call centres
SALARY
£25,000 - £35,000pa depending on experience
