Senior Community Executive now immediately required!

This dynamic and growing digital marketing company is looking for a Senior Community Executive to deliver a programme of online and offline Community activities (e.g. third party content, webinars, user-generated content) and handle customer support.

The Company is a Digital Marketing Network. They connect senior marketers together to learn, benchmark and collaborate around shared Digital Marketing challenges. They have a subscription base of major UK, European and global brands such as Bank of Ireland, Diageo, Honda, KLM, Lloyds TSB, Novartis, Royal Bank of Scotland and Shell.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Senior Community Executive with strong content and customer management skills and an interest in digital media and online communities to join a dynamic and energetic young team.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Community Executive role include:

• Content generation & management, including developing the programme of webinars and roundtable forums with members and partners.
• Development and maintain content partnerships with key industry players (publishers, associations, agencies, etc.).
• eCommunications (including PR) to inform customers and members and stimulate members participation.
• Pro-active customer support to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Customer activity reporting and analysis.
• Events Management (webinars & roundtable forums.)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years working experience, preferably acquired in a Business Community environment.
• Good content and copywriting skills.
• Proven track record of success in your career to-date.
• Strong organisational and coordinating skills.
• An interest in, and knowledge of the Internet, Digital Marketing and new technology.
• HTML knowledge preferable.
• Graduate 2:1+ from a major university.
• A team player.
• Ability to create and strengthen relationships with members and partners.
• Energetic and self-disciplined individual looking to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
